Courses can be purchased only through the YesIndia mobile application. Payments are not accepted on the website.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are securely processed using Razorpay. UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking are supported as per Razorpay rules.
5. Is refund available?
Refund is generally not applicable after successful payment. Once course access is provided, the amount cannot be refunded.
6. When is refund applicable?
Refund is applicable only if payment fails but money is deducted from the bank account. In such cases, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
7. Can I cancel a course?
Yes, cancellation request can be made within 15 days of purchase. However, cancellation does not mean refund.
8. Is my personal data safe?
YesIndia follows standard data protection practices. User data is used only for educational and communication purposes. We do not sell user data to third parties.

No. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. One account is meant for one user only. Violation may lead to account suspension.
