Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all users of YesIndia. By purchasing any course or service through the YesIndia mobile application, you agree to the terms mentioned on this page.

YesIndia is an online education platform. Once a course is purchased and access is provided, the service is considered delivered.

Cancellation Policy (15 Days)

Users may request cancellation of a purchased course within 15 days from the date of successful payment.

Cancellation means the user is requesting to stop future access to the course. Cancellation does NOT mean refund of the paid amount.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through official support channels.
  • Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Once cancelled, course access may be blocked permanently.
  • Consumed, viewed, or downloaded content cannot be reversed.

Refund Policy

Refund is NOT applicable for normal course purchases.

YesIndia follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once payment is successful and course access is granted, the paid amount is non-refundable.

Users are advised to carefully read course details before making any payment.

Refund Exception (Payment Failure Case)

Refund is applicable only under the following specific condition:

  • Payment failed due to technical issue
  • Amount was deducted from user's bank account
  • Course access was NOT provided

In such cases, the deducted amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.

Payment Information

  • All payments are accepted only through the YesIndia Mobile App.
  • No payments are accepted through the website.
  • Payments are securely processed using Razorpay.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are credited to the original payment method.

YesIndia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated policies.
